The house is wonderfully located in the centre of its land. Just 10 minutes outside the town Guingamp with its shops and mainline station with links to Paris (3 hours). 20 minutes drive from the cost and mariners. Pathway leads alongside the property for riding. Riding is also permitted on the local beaches.
